Shipping Policy 

Order Processing and Shipping Terms:

Same Day Shipping: Orders placed by 11:00 AM CST via FedEx are shipped the same day.
Bulk Orders: Bulk orders received by 10:00 AM CST are also shipped the same day, unless there is a back-order. In case of a back-order, we will hold your order until we have contacted you. Bulk orders are palletized and shipped at a discounted rate by common carrier. Please inspect the bill of lading carefully for the piece count and report any damages immediately to the carrier as all claims for damages or shortages are handled between the freight carrier and the customer.

Payment Terms:

Discounted Cash Pricing: Prices listed on the site reflect our cash discount.
Credit Card Payments: Orders paid using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express will incur a 3% fee added by the card processor.
Alternative Payments: Payments made via Certified Check, EFT, or Wire Transfer qualify for cash pricing. Please note, we do not offer credit accounts.

Back-Orders:

In the event of a back-order, you will be notified. If we cannot contact you before your other items ship, the remainder of your order will be sent except for the back-ordered items, which will need to be reordered once they are back in stock.
Shipping Terms:

All orders are shipped F.O.B. from Little Elm, Texas, via FedEx, common carrier, or another method at our discretion, unless the order qualifies for minimum prepaid freight for your area.
Minimum Order:

Resurface Depot does not require a minimum order amount.

Negotiated Ground Rates:

Take advantage of special shipping rates to save money.
