Local Pickup Orders
Resurface Depot offers local pickup for eligible orders in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Pickup is available only after the order has been placed and confirmed. Customers must wait for pickup instructions before going to the pickup location.
How Local Pickup Works
- Place your order online
At checkout, select the local pickup option.
Please make sure your phone number is correct and that it can receive WhatsApp messages. Pickup instructions are sent through WhatsApp after your order is confirmed.2
2. Wait for pickup instructions
After we receive and prepare your order, we will contact you through WhatsApp with the pickup details.
The pickup instructions may include:
- Pickup location details
- A video showing where to go
- Instructions for accessing the storage location
- Instructions for downloading and using the lock app.
- Product location details inside the storage unit
Do not go to the pickup location until you have received your pickup instructions.
3. Pick up your order
Customers are responsible for picking up only the products included in their order. Please check your order confirmation before leaving the pickup location.
4. Pickup verification
For security and order verification, the storage facility has camera surveillance. Pickup activity may be monitored to confirm that orders are collected properly and that only the items included in the order are removed.

Important Pickup Rules
- Pickup is available only after order confirmation.
- A valid WhatsApp phone number must be provided at checkout.
- Pickup instructions are sent after the order is prepared.
- Do not share access instructions, virtual keys, lock app access, or pickup videos with anyone else.
- Only the customer or an authorized person may pick up the order.
- Resurface Depot may request order confirmation or identification before providing pickup access.
- Customers must pick up only the items included in their order.
- Products should be inspected at pickup. If anything appears damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us immediately before leaving the pickup location.
Storage Pickup Location
Resurface Depot fulfills some local pickup orders from a Dallas-area storage location.
The exact pickup instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed and ready.
