Return and Refund Policy
At Resurface Depot, we sell professional resurfacing coatings, paint products, chemical-based materials, and related supplies. Because many of these products are sensitive to handling, storage, contamination, opening, mixing, and temperature conditions, our return policy is limited to protect product quality and customer safety.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and in the same condition that it was received. Customers must contact us before sending any item back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened coatings, paints, activators, hardeners, or chemical-based products
- Products that have been mixed, used, altered, contaminated, or partially consumed
- Items not in their original sealed packaging
- Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, or use after delivery
- Final sale or clearance items, when clearly marked
- Custom or special-order products, when applicable
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at contact@resurfacedepot.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Resurface Depot or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Resurface Depot.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify the customer whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Customers should inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@resurfacedepot.com. Please include your order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and a photo of the shipping label.
We may require that the original packaging be retained while the issue is reviewed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed, packed, shipped, or prepared for local delivery.
Once an order has been processed, shipped, or prepared for delivery, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
